These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client") and CREDIZEN Financial Services ("CREDIZEN"). By registering, purchasing a service, or using our website credizen.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be: (a) at least 18 years of age; (b) a citizen or resident of India; (c) legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872; and (d) the authorized person whose credit profile is to be serviced. Using our services on behalf of another individual without their written consent is prohibited.

2. Nature of Services

CREDIZEN provides the following services:

  • Error correction requests filed with credit bureaus for wrong entries, fake loans, or inaccurate data.
  • Written-off account resolution and settlement assistance.
  • NPA guidance and wilful default advisory.
  • One-on-one credit score consultation sessions.

CREDIZEN is not a bank, NBFC, credit bureau, or financial regulator. We are a credit advisory and assistance company. All actions are taken with your authorization and in accordance with RBI guidelines and applicable Indian law.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While CREDIZEN has a 98% success rate, we cannot guarantee a specific credit score improvement or loan approval. Credit bureau timelines and lender decisions are outside our control. We guarantee diligent effort and process compliance. If a bureau does not act on a valid correction request after all regulatory steps, we will refile at no additional cost.

4. User Obligations

As a client you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. False information may result in immediate service termination without refund.
  • Grant CREDIZEN written authorization to communicate with credit bureaus and lenders on your behalf.
  • Respond to our requests for additional documents within 5 business days.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to remove legitimate negative entries.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

5. Fees and Payment

All service fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). The total GST-inclusive amount is displayed at checkout and collected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Receipt and GST invoice are issued electronically within 24 hours of payment.

6. Service Timeline

Estimated timelines displayed on our website are indicative. Actual timelines depend on credit bureau processing, lender response times, and document availability from the client. Delays caused by client non-response or third-party processing do not entitle the client to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on credizen.in — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of CREDIZEN Financial Services and is protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CREDIZEN's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of loan eligibility or business opportunity.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with 7 days' written notice. CREDIZEN may terminate immediately, without refund, if the client provides false information, engages in illegal activity, or misuses our services. Obligations that survive termination include payment of dues, confidentiality, and dispute resolution clauses.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

CREDIZEN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days in advance.
